Exploring the role of the imagination and the expressive arts in psychological and spiritual change, and in renewing our relationship with the Earth.

I am especially motivated by the urgency I see for humanity to renew and re-imagine our relationship with the Earth and the natural world.  For most of us this means a transformation in ourselves first.

In my work I explore the role of the imagination and the expressive arts in psychological and spiritual change – seeking, as Proust said, “not new landscapes but new eyes.”

I lived in London most of my life, but after a major change in direction I became a tai chi teacher, and began art-making and the study of esoteric traditions of both the East and the West.                         In 2010 I fulfilled a dream to live closer to the rhythms of nature, by moving to Devon.

The “new eyes” that tai chi and my contemplative practice have given me are my deepest source of inspiration.

Thanks for looking me up - some of this site is still under construction and there will be more in due course.
